What age is appropriate for a trampoline park? ›

Children (5-12 years old):

Trampoline parks are often bustling with the laughter and energy of children. For kids in the 5 to 12 age range, trampoline parks offer an ideal environment to release pent-up energy, engage in physical activity, and develop coordination skills.

Are socks required to jump at Sky Zone? Yes, we sell our patented SkySocks with our trademark grip on the bottom. They are required while jumping at Sky Zone and you can bring them back on your next visit to reuse as long as they are in good condition. Only Sky Zone Socks are able to be worn while jumping at Sky Zone.

The socks are included with your ticket price, but if you buy separately, they are $1/pair. You can bring them back and reuse them and get a $1 discount (as long as they are clean, in good shape, etc). All adults should be able to jump together, unless there is an extreme size difference between some of them.

All ages are welcome, and a Sky Zone liability waiver is required for each jumper (those under 18 must have their waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian). Weekends can get busy, so guarantee your jump time by reserving your spot online and sign your waiver in advance. Jump time begins every 15 minutes.

A 12ft trampoline is super versatile and suitable for a range of ages. This size of trampoline is recommended for children aged 6 and above. And, thanks to its spacious size, it's even suitable for older kids and adults too!

Teach them how to jump safely and carefully to protect themselves and other children. If your child is under six years old, do not allow them on a trampoline.

Observer Parents and Guardians

All parents and guardians who want to enter the attraction platform but are not jumping must have a completed waiver, purchase our trampoline socks, and must wear an observer wristband provided upon admission. Observing parents are not charged for access.

Can I reuse my SkySocks? Yes! Bring back your Sky Socks to reuse on your next visit as long as they are in good condition. It's probably a good idea to wash them first, though.

Parents and guests are free to be in the facility and watch at no cost, but if they want to jump on the trampolines, they'd need to register as a paid jumper.

A GLOW T-shirt MUST be worn in order to jump. A GLOW shirt can be purchased for $5 and re-used for future GLOW sessions. A valid waiver and SkySocks are required to jump.

What do you wear to glow in the Sky Zone? ›

All jumpers MUST wear clothing that GLOWS or Sky Zone GLOW shirts that GLOW under the black lights.

Can you explain the significance of each colored wristband at Skyzone? Blue wristband is for those looking to date with intention. Red wristband is for those who want a fun night out without being hit on. White wristband is for those who want to see where fate takes them.
